The only good part to owning that was that you milled the grips off.

Probably one of the sketchier things I've done. "Hold this side down while I mill over here."

Midrange, nothing crazy.  Mainly go plinking with it now, would like to start taking it hunting soon however.

Hold off, save your money, and just buy an ACOG.  Great optic for an AR, IMO.  Especially the 4x magnification for "mid-range" and out.

Can't find anything else much more durable.

Thanks for all the advice doods. My friend also has a fucking Tech-9 that might be for sale, maybe i'll try and aquire that... Haha.

If its a pre ban tec-9 I would buy it for fun, if its post ban I would pass.  I have a tec-22 pre ban.  It looks cool, but its a piece of shit.  Masterpiece Arms is the only way to go for a heavy, shitty, reliable but fun UZI looking gun...unless you actually want an UZI but youd be dropping 2-3k for a complete one with box, barrels, stock, etc.

I posted my Kimber 1911 a few pages back. I purchased the .22 cal slide for it and would carry it any day. But the .45 would go on just because. The only time it ever jammed was with shit .22 rounds.
Buy some quality rounds and I bet most .22's that jam, wont.

He's saying that he carries it in .45 but has a .22 slide for it also.
Make no mistake, .22lr will still kill a man...

Yeah, can't really say I'd want to carry a .22lr under any circumstance.

he said he would carry it with the .22 slide on it any day. im fully aware that a .22 could kill someone but its leaving a lot up to luck.

You would rather go with nothing than carry a .22? I'm not saying it's better than a .45 by any means, but it's not useless either.

Only if it were the zombie apocalypse.

As was mentioned earlier I just feel like most of the .22's I've shot are way too finicky to trust in a defensive situation. If I could actually carry (damn you IL) it would have to be with a handgun that's been run through its paces and proven itself reliable.

Yeah Illinois sucks cock for gun owners, I'll never understand why they banned conceal carry... now only criminals can do it and honest citizens cannot. Makes sense.

Hawaii is like top three (bad gun states), along with CA. Spend a decent ammount of time in Tahoe area, would like to see if I could get a CCW permit for in Reno...There has been so many stabbings in the past month over here (like 12) or something.

One word. Headshot!! But seriously, a .22lr is actually very deadly if fired at the head, It has just enough to enter but not exit. Think about what that could do. Only downside is distance is limited but I have my .45 and I can swap the slides and have it ready to rock in under 10s if I need to. The only thing I don't like about the .22 slide is the sights but other then that no problems. Since ive bought the .22 I haven't shot the .45. That was a year ago   . I was firing federal rounds. The 333round box's
Here is the pistol with the .22 slide.
