Wasn't going to sit inside all last weekend during tropical storm Lee so I hit up the range.  Quick vid.  Four water bottles at 50yds.  Iron sights (can't wait for my TA31H-G to come in )

Anyone else been shooting lately?

I need to go some time soon since I haven't been in a little while.  I've been debating buying this upper for a bit now but I just can't bring myself to do it for some reason.  Spikes Tactical 14.5" Elite CHF Vortex 5.56.

That ACOG should be pretty sweet too.  I'd definitely love to have one if/when I get an AR.

That looks pretty nice.  Has all the features you could ask for.  Go for it. :D

I've got an RRA upper with carbine gas system and 16" barrel.  Now that I'm a bit more knowledgeable I would have bought something like you posted.  I find the carbine length rail too short to grip like I would prefer.  Now I'm going to have to cut down the front site and get a longer rail.

I do like the looks of those.  I was actually digging around for 'em the other day and came across this one.

It's a cool concept and I like the way they look but there's not much of a point to it if you're going to run optics.

This SOPMOD Block II clone is my ideal rifle.  If only I could afford it.

I like the long sight radius and I can't really get that without a quad and I don't care for. And the rifle moehand guard looks awesome

The longer sight radius is definitely an advantage if you plan on running irons the vast majority of the time.  I agree on the rifle-length MOE guards. Those are the only ones I actually like the look of.

im fine with iron sights im not wasting money on another cheap red dot and if im gonna dish the money out for a legit optic id rather spend it on another gun

Thanks guys I've been bouncing back and fourth between quite a few different models. As of now I'm thinking of building a Polish Kit but I still have more research to do. (Stupid car fucked up on me again so my gun budget just got set back a month or two :mad2:)
