Any damage to a mid 90's BMW or earlier unless it's an M series is pretty much going to the scrapper. They are just not worth enough usually. Which is a shame as they are such great cars.

I have a friend that got his mums 89 535i M series. He crashd it into a tree within about two months of getting his licence. Considering it was coming down one of the most common hoon spots in my city (a big winding hill) all i did was laugh. He sold it to some guy who had a regular 535i and just wanted it for the M series badges and seats and shit i think. Was such an awesome car, but too fast for him.
