I'm not sure on caliber, but I am getting a RRA stripped upper, flat top, with forward assist port and dust cover, then getting a bull barrel, 20 inch chrome lined.  A2 stock with hidden magazine in stock, and then flip up irons with some kind of mid range (less than 200 yd) optic.

I'm going to get with a ton of fees if I order one of those rguns lowers. I want one though! It might be cheaper to buy a more expensive one from a local shop that already has them in stock.

You wont find a ShARps one anywhere, RGUNS bought them all....all 6000 of them.

You should get a spikes tactical, they are like $90 and made in the same factory and by the same machines as DPMS, Bushmaster and CMMG.

I'm not looking specifically for a sharp, just saying yeah, 55 is cheap as shit! but after shipping, FFL fees, DROS and whatever my local shops upcharge on doing that for parts they have in stock, I'll end up spending more than if I were to buy one they already have even if its a different make.

Some shops charge 75 bucks or so if they are used to buy something from somewhere else that they keep in stock. Hope that made some sense.

This is why I need to just buy an 80% Yellow Logic and finish it myself and not wait the ten days here in CA, and not have to do any paperwork for it.

I think I've posted this before but you can find all the local ffl holders and some of them list prices.

Also, a company near here makes lowers for a decent price.  There is all kinds of info about them on AR15.com.

So how much is an AR-15 going to run you? Just out of curiosity, like...

Love it.  Probably have around 2000 rounds through it with not a single problem.

Strips down quick and cleans easy.  Interchangeable grips are a huge plus.  Good capacity (17 for mine, 9mm is 19 I believe).

Lower=55
Lower parts kit=65
Assembled upper=125
bolt carrier group= ~120
Barrel= ~190
Handguards= ~60
stock= 60

I made a wood shank so I taped it to my upper for defense.
