I drink a beer each day with dinner and maybe one in the evening then go and get hammered every weekend. Rarely drink spirits anymore since I found tasty craft beers

I have sadly today been reminded of when I was a child begging my mam to let me buy a car from the autotrader magazine. I had spotted an ad for a blue Ford Mondeo with big wheels and cool stickers. They wanted £900 She said no of course only for me years later to learn that the car was infact an early spare ex BTCC rolling shell. The one that got away.

I was mistaken with my last post. Manual IS300s were never made but we did get a manual IS200 sportcross. That's with the 2.0 L 1G-FE I6. I don't think you guys ever got the IS200 though

They never made a manual sportcross. The US got a manual sedan in 2002. You can use a supra gearbox and convert them easy enough though..

Funny you mention their rarity, in Ireland the IS300 and smaller sibling the IS200 have become the cheap RWD car of choice for a drift beater. You can go out with €2000 in your pocket, buy one, weld the diff and have some money left over for a few sets of tyres and a cuppa tea.

Heres my love machine. Split it 3 ways with 2 of my friends at €66 each to use as a bike hauler/parts van/roadtrip wagon.
Cool thing is that an SR20DET will bolt right in if we blow the current engine up.

Three of us are planning on riding to Bruges this summer, so could combine part of that with you all if the dates and route work out. Theres supposed to be a nice route up the coast from Calais.

Any idea when you guys are going?

I was thinking early June would be good. Weather would be great and camping would be a bit nicer.

What do you think Finn the Human, Kinchy & Dr. Steve Brule?
