For anything worth while around here it's 280+ , to be where I'm at it would be 450^. Can't touch shit for 175k

Paid $157k for my place, Damn I love texas.

3/2/2 1840sqft, really nice neighborhood tax is less than $4g.

Goddamn!  That's crazy awesome compared to what I paid.  Congrats man!

thanks man.

As for affording I used an FHA loan, Kind of a pain in the dick but I only needed to put like $5700 down on a 30 year fixed. Hell my mortgage is cheaper than what I paid for in rent.

True, it is a pretty far haul. I was thinking either HEB, Irving (by the park) or Downtown Fort Worth. I'd like to focus mainly on BMX, Cyclecross and commuter's.

I live in arlington by the new park. HEB area has Bikes Inc. Downtown has a shop. If you serious about this shoot me a pm as Id be down to turn wrenches part time for that fat Industry Pricing.

I had no idea a park even opened in Arlington. I'll have to check it out while I'm visiting my folks. I know Bicycles inc would be pretty rough to compete against but I think it could be done. I've even thought about Denton as an option as well, but I feel like it would be too far away from everything else to get a solid customer base. I feel like by a skatepark or prominent street area (like sundance square in Fort Worth or mockingbird in Dallas) would be my best bet, maybe even do a bike and board shop. I'll hit you up when I get in town in two weeks and we will go ride and talk more about it man. I'm still a year out from opening up a shop.

Heck yea ill pedal around with ya. New park in arlington is Vandergriff in Vandergriff Park off matlock and like mayfield ish

Your name is Justin right? You joined the navy and left...they are in burleson, private land, bobcat, atv type car to pack the landings, it's legit. Hit me up dude and I'll take you out there. 8178976073 also #sixocompound if you wanna see pics

Yeah man, that's me. I'm almost done with my time in, one year left. I'm thinking about opening up a shop either in dfw or down in Florida when I'm out. I really wanted to open a shop in DFW but it looks like RBM has got the market pretty good, unless I opened down in mid cities. I'll defiantly hit you up when I get back stateside.

If you wanna travel all the damn way to Richardson. I know a few guys there and they are rad as fuck, But Im not driving no hour to get to a bike shop/

Moving to Denver late summer. Can't wait to get the fuck out of Texas.

Already out of Austin? I remember last year when I visited you, you were still in San Diego getting ready to head over there.

Billy I'm down with a sesh sooner than later. Let me get my half sorted out first.

If it was Austin it might have been tolerable. We're in San Antonio which I fully recommend no one going to ever. I will say the job I have has been awesome but everything else here is the pits. Now with flooding and unbearably hot summer coming up, I'm really ready to go.

Shit wish I knew this, Worked for 2 months last fall out of our SA shop. Would have been rad to grab a beer. I can second Hank's opinion that San Antonio Blows to the maxx.

bought a windshield off eBay from someone I have used before. Sent me the wrong item and expects me to pick up the return shipping? WTF!!!! I could understand paying if I didn't want the item, but I didn't fuck the transaction up.

@Cola, my wrap was $1700 said and done. It looks good from afar but little details are driving me nuts. I wouldn't do it again honestly.

Is that because of the guy? If you could have the things pissing you off fixed or done right the first time would you do it again?

Why do I have Health Insurance if I cant afford to use it? Have not met the deductible, so the MRI I need will cost me $500 fucking dollars. Health Care in America is utter shit

Same with mine. Need to get the wisdom teeth yanked but I have to pay the $500 deductible and then an out of network fee (practically the rest of the bill) sicne there aren't any oral surgeons near by that are within the network. FFS.

Shit, I had a 3000 dollar dental bill in December and I think I paid like 300 for it. Dentists are retardedly expensive up here. Luckily my benefits from work are pretty decent.

Wisdom teeth is like 3k right there
