Note you did strip many layers of paint off the frame. Therefore you did notice the cracks once stripped most likely. So they wouldn't have stood out as cleary when it was black. Anyway things are getting resolved. My apology.

Frame was not cracked when I shipped it. I rode it up till the day I got my new one. The hub does have new bearings. Grab some tools, such as vice grips and pull the collars off. You may have to use a little elbow grease, but you will then be able to see brand new bearings in the hub. I rode that hub a few times before I laced up my simple hub. It ran very smooth and I loved it, but had already ordered a simple hub before receiving the bearings for the Profile.
I have had plenty of deals on this site, and many other forums(car audio, vwvortex, etc.) and 100% ebay feedback. You are the first person who has had an issue with me. I am aware of the products I sent and the condition they are in. I have answered your pm's ever since the trade too. If you wish to call me out and not appreciate that I am still in touch and speaking about the issue you have then I cannot help you.
