Fixing removable brake hardware

JFax:
So I accidently tightened the tiny little bolt for the cable guide on my toptube and tore the threads out from the frame... The cable guide wouldnt sit firmly fixed, I felt like it had a slight wobble, hence the over tightening.
I tried fixing it with epoxy but it didnt really do the trick.

I guess I could try to re-thread the threads, but dont think it would be that stable, as the original already tore off. Any of you guys got a better trick to firmly fix the cable guides to the frame?

Dr. Steve Brule:
Maybe a pop rivet?

Stoked:
3m makes plastic adhesive guides that work great

I'm not sure that's the right size/thread pitch, but I CBA to look it up right now.

JFax:
What is that? Helicoils? New threads you put in?
