It looks like I'm going to be moving to Newmarket (Yonge/Davis) and I was wondering if anyone on here lives in the area and knows of good spots to ride.
I found the newmarket skatepark, but it does not seem bike friendly at all.
Of course there is the richmond green skatepark, but that's getting a bit far.
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Newmarket skatepark is no bikes, sucks.
Markham park is usually worth the drive, Richmond Green if fun for a bit but gets boring quick. Newmarket has a bunch of street if you just pedal around, and you're right in the middle of town which is nice. The mall has a pretty fun hip if you have a piece of plywood laying around, it works as a good bank too.
Drop me a PM sometime, myself and kfox are down to ride when we're not working. He lives in Newmarket so he probably knows the street stuff better than I do.

Pretty much what I figured as far as skateparks.
Thanks for the info.

Aurora has a few decent street spots. Just have to go there and ride around most spots are not too far off Yonge street.

upper canada has some banks but security comes after a little while. Aurora has some rail hops at the staples plaza. Take a stroll down industrial street or whatever is called. Plenty of loading dock banks. Cant really think of much else right now but i knows there's a little more.
