does vbulletin have an option to view the topics you recently participated in like zeroforum? I looked around, but have had no luck . . .

Not sure if you can do it, but if you click on a persons profile you can search for the posts they have made.

i would like a system which sends a notification email that a post has been made on a forum you are "watching" (once you post in it, you are automatically watching unless you select otherwise). but maybe this site is too large scale, peoples inboxes would be maxxed out......
