WTB:Cheap 19mm cranks/Rear wheel

Looking for a set of cheap 19mm cranks for my friend. Color doesn't really matter, just have to be straight.
Also looking for a 9t rear wheel. Again, color isn't really an issue just needs to be straight and smooth.
