Sorry to hear its breaking. The warranty is there for you. Is there anything that would explain the cracks? Significant dents near the middle of tubes is one possible explanation...

I'm really interested to see the pics of the cracked Soundwave!!!!!

I've been on my 21.25 Soundwave for the last three years and have found out Sunday have stopped making them in that size due to low demand.

Might be shit out of luck if a warranty replacement is needed for a frame in the same size.......

get an sta i reckon, but worth speaking to sundays warrenty dept in the meantime (although my latest experience with odysseys warrenty dept has been a struggle, im not sure whats changed)

Laz, you turd... upload some pictures of this beat to shit bike.  You know we all want to see it now.

It's not even beat to shit, it's got a couple dings in the chainstay and one tiny one on the downtube, most of the factory paint is still intact and the cracks would be hell to get a picture of since they're pretty thin..

I'll see what I can do tomorrow I guess..

Nope, it's got one tiny ding on the side of the downtube and on the first rib near the bottom bracket (it's one dent where the rib stopped it) and it's super small.

I'll contact Sunday but I've heard from at least 3 people recently that they have been tough to deal with for warranties.. maybe they're just unlucky?

The cracks kinda came out of left field, I've mostly been doing bullshit tech stuff.

Might be shit out of luck on a warranty? Fuck you mean warranty, after 3 years? That shit has had it's time.... pay full price and support BMX rather than assume a frame breaking after 3 years warrants some kind of sympathetic replacement.

I don't know why people take such a moral stand against lifetime warranties. If companies wanted you to buy a new frame every 3 years then they would limit the warranty to three years.

Contact Full Factory. Get a new frame.
