Double Posts and such
« on: December 17, 2012, 08:28:28 PM »
I've recently been getting double post messages when only submitting a post once. I'm sure a lot of people are experiencing it by the record number of double posts around the site. Just a heads up.

I get them almost every time I post on my comp too. It gives me a warning though so it doesn't actually post twice, but it's still quite annoying. Doesn't happen on my phone though. (Where I'm posting from now)

Chrome and win7 here too.

Ya, here too. I quite often am redirected to the page that says "It's required to wait 45 seconds between your posts" or something along those lines. Takes me there immediately after hitting the post button just once. Whenever I refresh the thread after that my post is there one time only.

Firefox - Win7 32bit - large size underwear.

Edit: happened on this post at work too:

^ see? Even double post by different members now. What is bikeguide coming to?

Oh, and those guys in those gun-topics keep repeating themselves over and over too, maybe that can be fixed as well?

Bumping this because I think it's getting worse, I think I've gotten the message every time I post for the past few days.

It's much better than if we didn't get the message and there were actually doubles of every post, but surely there's a way to fix this...

No double post for me yet. Feeling left out.
