^Pretty sure it depends on the lever. Some levers the cable will come out along the underside of the bar and goes under the tape, some (I guess higher end levers) will run the cable through the bars. If yours goes through the bars, you will of course need a hole for the cable to exit.

Almost definitely no. If you need a hole, it will alread have a hole.

Do Phil Wood make a track rear hub with a fixed cog on one side and a freewheel on the other? I can't see anything on their site.

When putting barend brakelevers on bullhorn bars does the cable go inside the bar and would I need to drill a hole for it to go to the callipers?

cable routing is all down to the bars, if theres two holes near the stem, run it internally, if not go under the tape

Will my Odyssey Classic Race fork take a 2.35" Fly Ruben or should I just go with the 20.15"? The rim is a Hazard Lite.

There are no V3 or Greyhound replacement axles available, so I'd guess no.

Sure you can. You can either cut, drill and tap it out yourself, Have some one else do it for you, or buy one of the aftermarket axles from companies using KHE style internals.

T/Wom/thunderbolts.

Sorry, I had to. Locktite or plumbers tape often work as a band aid fix, but if it's actually worn splines causing the problem there isn't a whole lot you can do about it. Is it the drive or non drive side? Edit: nevermind, tibias are actually welded 2 piece aren't they?
