Anyone ever rebuilt a Nankai technolight with a Profile shell? I got one today and it needs a bit of a service. Is it difficult?

its pretty straight forward as long as your familiar with rebuilding hubs, just make sure to keep track of all the ball bearings

I've been using phil wood or park tools grease on all my bike stuff for ages now. i don't really know what the "right" grease to use it but id imagine practically anything would work, my old LBS swore by white lithium automotive grease

looking at upgrading the wheels on my current steed, but i cannot decide if i should buy a complete set of wheels or have a set custom built. and if i go the custom route what would be the most ideal rims and hubs to put in the build?
currently the bike is running on some Alex Supra2's, stock 48h haro hubs with sealed 14mm axles.
they are bombproof, but at the same time combined they weigh almost as much as my second bike.
Thanks ahead of time,
Boneskid1

This is the bike, http://bmxmuseum.com/bikes/haro/37204 I am not on my pc right now so I cannot link my pics.

unless your real picky about your setup id just buy pre built wheels. not much difference in cost and its less hassle.

also check the classifieds on here, I've seen some good deals on single wheels lately

Bike Check

With enough lube and brute force, anything is possible.

For sure. These are a good deal.

Unless you know the wheel builder and trust them, just get pre-built wheels.

Dans wheel building sucks, but that's just what I heard. Stick to empire or Albes!

You need a 3/8s 24tpi bolt. None of those will fit. M6 refers to a metric 6mm bolt.
