Broke my amity forks which have been rode less than 10times.....fuck this.getting odyssey f25's or something

Damn that must suck.

Odysseys and you can forget about your forks for years.

Had a pair for i think 3 years without a problem, and sold em for cheap to a friend that still had half a complete bike.
That's a while back though, guess i got rid of them a year ago.

Going for my fourth Odyssey without problems. I have a Director laying around, but don't trust it because there was a tiny little rustline underneath my white paintjob. Might be cause i rawed them so i chalk that one up to me being dumbass and paranoid.

The only thing I have ever even close to broke from Sunday/Odyssey/Gsport was bending a Sunday Morning 2.1 fork that was 3 years old. It was still fine to ride just had to dish the wheel to the fork. Seriously the best companies if you want your bike to last years not change it in months cause you're bored. Or do that; I assume G likes money.

Locked my bike up in town on Wednesday, got really fucked up and lost all my keys. Walked through the centre of Bristol in broad daylight with a pair of boltcutters and snipped my lock. No one batted an eyelid. Then I took the train and visited my sister in Oxford.

Pumped up my tires to 100psi, rode with Flatland Brad who gave me plastic Sequence pegs... they're nice. Gave my flatware stem to a friend in need, put my elementary stem back on, liked it Beyer than a short stem. Did some infinity roll combos and practiced fork glides. Going to watch the Dorkin' videos tonight.

Finally got my brakes to stop making so much noise and rotated my pegs.

Saw some kid snap his stem bolts. Hollow of course.

Rode with my Donnasqueak tires. Was surprised when they actually squeaked.

Girlfriend bought a new bike yesterday so I put some extra air in the mtb tires and we rode the Salado Creek greenway this morning. Only did about 6 miles total but it was her first ride in a couple years. Stoked that she's got a bike now for fun rides and booze cruising.

The t/a tires are awesome but i think I want a tire with some tread on it. I noticed I can't grip that great unless I'm full on straight ahead charging a wall for wall rides. With my other tires(machetes) it was a lot easier to kind of ride parallel to the wall and just hop and stick. I just slide off the wall with the T/A tires.
Plus a new shipment of items just popped up in the shop so I'm going to try and pick up some metal pegs.
