The gussets are awesome.  My wife has been needing my name carved into her for about a decade.

Are you using siri to type dstrctn? That sounds like it was fucked up.

I put a new tube in. So awesome to have full pressure the whole session. The replaced tube had 5 patches on it.

Nice. It helps that bike a lot to have a slightly taller front end. Try playing with your bar angle too. Start with them inline with the forks, then move forward 1/8" at a time to feel the differences.

Do you reckon a higher rise bar would make it even better or does a top loader and another spacer under the stem give enough extra height for it to feel its best?

Um... I guess it depends on your height and how you like it to feel. Maybe try swapping to a top loader as it would be cheaper. But if you have some taller bars sitting around, that would work too.

It's all trial and error for your individual feel on the bike.

I was wondering why we seems to be building a new bike in this Demolition update:

Dug my mountain bike out to go ride with my dad and noticed a horrendous clicking in the bottom bracket riding in front of the house before loading things up. Started pulling the crank/bottom bracket apart only to discover the people in GT land somehow managed to force a right side bearing cup into the left side of the bb shell. I have no idea how this is even possible. Ran an old Euro cup in and out of the bb shell a few times and it seemed to go in alright. Now time to order up a bottom bracket.

took my gyro off and replaced it with a regular straight cable. decided to make my gyro a "goal part" to motivate me to learn real barspins. broke my cult chain, my gf bought be a new chain. local bmx store was closed to I went to a regular bike shop and the only chain they had was a sram chain....neat! I also put a sticker on my head tube. Texas Toast, here I come!
