What did you do to your bike today? (v2)

Sat around and admired it.

Earlier in the week I painted it, trued the wheels, cleaned everything up, regreased all of the threads, relubed the brake cable, patched the rear tube, and put on a new sprocket and seat. Every 3 months or so I take about a week long break from riding and lifting. Regardless of whether I'm feeling beat up and sore I feel like it's good to mentally check out from pushing myself.

It looks good now and feels solid but in 3 weeks it's gonna feel like a mushy piece of shit and look like it too.

Still trying to sort flat 3's, it's haunted me for years now.

Up to probably 5 in 20 are legit, 5 more are complete fuck ups and the last 10 are tire tap huckfucks.

Built up my S4 after trying out a 21" Gypsy for about a week. After building it back up I realized why I haven't changed frames in over 3 years

My profile hub guard wallowed out in my mix hardware. I ripped apart a red bull can and made a shim. Seems fitting right? Always a shim involved when profile is present on your cassette.

EDIT: And there was a single brakeless 21.25 as well.
