Rode it until about 4:30 am. Did some things. Watched chrome rims yo do a feeble 180. Saw some hoes pile into a mini van. Fell trying an ice pick. Hopped a cone. Thought about doing a rail. Almost 180d out of a feeble. Shit in a porter potty. I say it was a good night-morning.

I bought an Orange Msisle frame last week, basically immaculate, £55 off ebay. Its the 3rd i've had since '98, plan is to paint it up all pimpin', chopped off all the old canti mounts and most of the cable mounts first, they used to be on the top tube, theres nothing like sliding down the tt on your nuts, only to have them snag on jagged metal.

Flipped my front tire so my less used hub guard could take the brunt of my abuse for a while, tapped my seat back down and put a sweet 25t ti imperial on to make my ratio feel better due to the lost leverage with the 165mm cranks. Those ti imperials aren't 15/16 bore, but luckily my friend has some power tools and a lot of patience.

Looks good dude, you get those cranks from sketchphoto?

And I could never run 165's,180mm are the bee's knees

did my first lefty feeble to 180 out in 12 years. the blackest of miguels got some clips, thanks bud. peep this clip on my tumblr.

i also bought a piece of nice dark brown cowhide with a hand etched western pattern to recover my aitken seat in the coming frigid months. i'm going to try to add 5mm worth of padding while i'm at it. i'll definitely post pics when i start working on it in a couple weeks.

Yes I did, and I do feel a loss in pedal efficiency. I very well may go back to my 170s soon, but I'm going to give it a little more time, just to see. Other than burning my legs up quicker, I've adapted to them in every other ay and could easily ride them full time now.

In the spirit of the thread, yesterday I tossed a very small spacer on under my stem to compensate for the amount that my feet being pushed closer put me more over the bike. Worked like a charm and everything felt like before with 170s, as general body posture goes.

I got stuck with it in the rain, so I gave it a nice WD-40 bath when I got home.

Regreased everything afterwards of course.

With enough lube and brute force, anything is possible.

My buddy tensioned the wheel he rebuilt for me. Its beautiful. I got two clips in the last two days. Had a real heavy session at a school near my house with about 15 other bmx riders. and saw the dude that had the barcode with the disc brakes on it at the skatepark.

Ti teeth should outlast aluminum teeth, no matter what chain I use, I believe...
I've never had issues with that chain and my old sprockets, so I'm not sure why this would be worse.

Profile had issues with the KP sprocket being too thin and shattering and I don't think the Imperial is much different.. Profile also uses really fucking thin teeth and half link chains wear the hell out of sprocket teeth.

Pretty awesome sprocket though, I want to straighten a friends old KP for my flatland bike since it won't take much abuse.

The gussets are awesome.  My wife has been needing my name carved into her for about a decade.

Fixed my chain today. It's old and I don't have a guard sprocket on right now, and I did a few sprocket bashes last session.
