Damn those sound like some crazy deals, especially the frame and fork. They look to be in great condition...
Bike Check

With enough lube and brute force, anything is possible.

Put a fresh tube in the rear tyre and pumped both tubes up to 80 P.S.I, tightened my headset (a bit too much) and went riding.. My bike feels like a dream now, everything feels like it's new.

The gussets are awesome.  My wife has been needing my name carved into her for about a decade.

Similar situation here, I work 50-60 hour weeks (second shift), so that pretty much kills my week except Sundays. Thankfully I start a new job on Monday. Salary position, 1st shift hours and more free time....... I can't wait. More time to ride and finally finish some work on my house.

What sort of custom are you getting from SBC? I love my custom that I got last year.

im looking at a custom STA. the regular frame is $425, then you add extra cost for the custom elements. i want a steeper headtube ($45) and was looking at a shorter back end but thats $100 extra (cos of having to set all the tubes up differently for a custom length).

I also originally enquired about custom standover height ($45) cos the new style STAs from a couple of years back were real low, but the newer version has a better standover. im kind of torn cos i like a short backend but i also like running my bashguard on the inside which doesnt allow for much clearance unless the frame uses a wishbone design (like a sunday) so i dunno.

I really want an STA but to get it how i want is gonna cost a lot. The guy i was talking to suggested getting a juke, maybe a juke with the classic standard gusset would be a good compromise

Well i have just ordered some new handle bars. CLUEEEEES

4-Piece
HOOOOOGE
Chrome
Originally made in the USA but supposedly the majority of them broke so they switched production to Taiwan.
Theyre about to change the shape, I was on the fence about ordering them but the new ones look real crappy compaired to the originals, so the current model was ordered.

Yup ordered Thrash bars :)

These are the new versions, i much prefer the tubes sticking out of the bottom slightly to these.

Rode for about an hour with a good crew of people, Iced down the biggest rail I have ever done it down then tried in the same line to smith 180 off an up-ledge and damn near broke my ankle. So I'm out for a week or so.
