It's pretty comfy with the wider bars. We might loose money selling all the parts together rather than seperatly but if it's all just been sitting there why not right?

you can always cut em down right?

how much do bulk stainless brake cables (minus housing) cost wholesale these days per piece? i swear when i used to get wholesale prices at my old bike shop job they were around 50 cents or less wholesale if you bought the box of 100, and we charged customers $1.50. i just bought one from a LBS while on my phone and not truly paying attention to the sale and realized it cost $7.75 when i got back home and looked at the receipt. i'll ride down and return it tomorrow and tell the dude i'm going to just pick up a odyssey linear cable that includes housing, tips and ferrules for just $1.50 more. then i'll congratulate him on having the most expensive generic inner brake cables out of all the bike shops i've ever been to.

edit: and while actually working on my bike today i added a half link, and rearranged headset spacers.

That seems like a little much considering you can get an Odyssey for 10.

Assembled bikes all day at work, one of them had bent forks so we need to return it.

Today I took apart my entire drive train and cleaned and regreased/lubed everything.  My bike rides much more smoothly now.  I knew it would feel better, but I didn't think it would be this drastic.  I'm happy with myself.

saw my friend snapping his twombolts from the cap side, taking the sprocket with it. never seen it happening before, quite weird. also, it happened from a really low drop just by coasting, and it had no cracks in them. weird shit

Rode it for the first time in over a week. Dented a chain stay a tiny bit knocked my left axle out of the droP out catching it on a rail up right on a uprail double peg only small about a wheel height. Had a fair bit of fun on it got better at some rail tricks I have been trying eg rail rides, smiths up and down and tried a few more crooks/derricks. Not on legit rails, bit highier than axle hight but been scared of rails for too long.

Put an Faf-k 2.25 and a path Klyte 2.1 on my bike from the spare. Love having a spare bike to swap parts haha. Then I rode some trails.

Mine did the exact same thing, sent them in on a wednesday and had a new pair friday morning. Odyssey warranty is legit.

drilled a hole through the seat tube so i can use brakes again. although now because the cable hanger hangs behind the seat tube i need to come up with a custom straddle cable idea. i was going to try cutting my existing straddle cable really short to make it fit, but i think there's gotta be a better way. any ideas bg?
