Check out the cufflinks. They're nice out the package and only get better over time. Also the Simmons grip from primo is pretty nice too.

the blackest of all miguels returned my dremel tool so i made good use of it today and cut my t1 ruben bars down another 1/4" on each side so they're 26.5" now. also cut some slots into the cable guide and cable stop on my fbm autopilot for easier brake assembly/disassembly. i've been fraying brake cables left and right subtracting and adding the rear brake several times. debating on whether to try drilling and tapping the headtube for gyro tabs. i feel like i could keep a rear brake on my bike full time if it had a detangler.

^get one of those Odyssey Quik Slick things. Though I hear even the adjustable ones still don't fit all bikes....

DID SHRED IT.

Best day of riding in years, got flat 3's back and went ahead and learned them up shit.
Learned fast plant 3's
did some solid lines that I wouldn't have dreamed of 2 months ago

Got home and tore it down and painted it emerald green

YES
Nice.
I got familiar with a new park and just forced myself to hit all the lines I was thinking about and pussying out on. Feels good.
On the other hand, I put on some Adam Banton grips since ODIs don't seems to ever break in for me and my dry hands. The Bantons are quite painful. If they don't break in soon, they are going in the trash.
I also had shit experience with Banton grips.

Buddy bought some banton grips and I must say they are utter shit!
Probably the worst grip I've ever felt.

I put it back together and did some 3'sssss, eating through my p-series grips. I use to love these but rolling my hand on tables seems to be the death of em. Vans Cult grips!

They are so bad that I actually wrote Odyssey about them. I'll let you know how it goes.

Longnecks forever. Why would you need anything else?

Oh, and I put a new 22mm spanish bottom bracket in the rig this morning.

I prefer edwins over longnecks. I find vertical ribs too slippery with sweaty hands.

ODIs feel really plasticy to me. My hands never really sweat, so longnecks just get that crappy glaze and get hard and slick. They never get that good tacky rubber feel to them.

I hope whoever gets the email about the Banton grips replies with....."I CBA if you don't like these grips or not."

I have never been a fan of ODI Longnecks.  Just too hard and big for my taste.  But I also liked the Banton 2's, so what do I know?!?!

I had Bantons that seemed to take ages to break in but once they did they were amazing.

Fit team grips have been my preferred grip

I ran ahead a bit and hid, dropped my jeans and took my top off and started chasing them whilst spraying beer all over them and making weird noises.
