Whats the limit of what your allowed to have in your home in the states?
Is it case by case or is there a limit in calibre or anything?
Like can you have an actual machine gun? RPG?

not sure on limits as to how many you can own, I mean we do have the right to bear arms. But as for machine gun, fully automatic is illegal, and i'm pretty sure RPG is illegal too.

Tennessee is a free state meaning you can own fully auto machine guns. In the other 49 states, full auto rifles and such are legal if they were around pre-ban.

It is a VLTOR MUR with a PWS short stroke piston system and Lothar Walther 1:8 twist barrel.  Also has a BCM Gunfighter charging handle and Larue rail covers.

No explosives our rockets or anything... Lol

The rest is a state by state basis. In most states though:

Full auto is highly regulated and can be had after a ton of paperwork and like $10,000+ just for the gun. Silencers are regulated so there is extra paperwork but they are under $1000 usually. Short barrel rifles/shotguns just needs some extra paperwork too. Caliber is limited to .50cal max with no restrictions under that.

Other than that there is no limit to the amount of guns one can have, as long as you have the money to buy them. I think some states limit how often you can purchase then but the limit is something like 3 per month just to prevent  distributing then without a license.

I know a few people with explosive's..One with an RPG. He said they are all legal. Just a shit ton of paper work. I think he is also ex military.

If you know the right people I am sure you can have it. But most the shit is illegal.

You can own as many guns as you desire. Zane hit a lot of it.

It's not too much paper work for your class lll license for fully auto. also it's like a 200+ one time fee. I have seen some stupid amount on fully auto guns..10k for a Mac11.. Fuck that. Who can afford a mini gun anyways haha.

I have about 40 now and still growing.

Anyone know good places to look for prices on rifles? I need to sell one of my .204's I have too many.
