I'm seeing this red triangle next to every post, and it says "Report Post"

This used to be there I'm pretty sure, then it left, now its back.

Yes, it went away for a while and now it's back. People would be stupid to abuse this as they're basically only bothering the people who have the power to ban them for doing so.
