scott g is an excellent seller. bought an xbox off him, even when his internet went down he made the effort to get in touch with me through another member. he sent very quickly and id have got it next day if i hadnt slept in and missed the postman.

i was hung over to fuck, woke up at 11.50, went downstairs and there was a card saying i could have picked it up half an hour after they had tried to deliver it (9.20) so kicked myself for that one (po depo shuts at 12)

Firstly it is unlocked. If I was going to rip you off I could have sent the first phone I offered that wasn't unlocked. - Instead I made sure I sent you the unlocked one, which is also worth more in value. The only reason I can see you wanting to return the item would be because it may have got damaged on the way. - This is why I'm not going to refund you any money.
1) Because it's definitely unlocked.
2) I'm not risking getting a broken returned item that's not my fault.

How about postage? - Got sent out pretty fast with some near perfect trailmixs didn't it?

The trailmixes are missing half the pins and don't have endcaps. The bearing are full of shit.

It didn't get damaged, the phone is obviously not unlocked, my simcard does not work in it, therefore it is not unlocked.

How is it not your fault, you should have checked it was unlocked.

I will send it back first class in a jiffy bag with it wrapped in more bubblewrap inside and it will be dandy.
