Seeing a Doctor is a waste of time for anything like that, stock response of "Oh well just rest it for a few weeks and see how it is". You rest it, go back and they have no idea what is actually up with you.

Exactly, any doctor will tell you that BG and two just have!

Why dont you just go see a nurse/doctor?

A. Don't nobody got no time for dat.
B. it's worth asking here as it might be common as erybody bunnyhops
C. Usually doctors just say to rest

I've pretty much always had pain in my inner elbows every time Ive been out for a nibble, they ache for a few days which is alright as I never bmx that often and they recover in time but there's a fucking huge indoor that's opened up this year half hour from me so I want to be putting the work in over winter.

I'm pretty fit and don't have any other muscle or joint issues.

Dr google, tells me it's 'golfer's elbow.' Anyone else had this or know how to deal with it?

Kids with 10"-11" bars.
I can't tell you how many people offered my perfect 10s and 11s locally. These aren't grown men wither just pudgy little spoiled kids with shitty bikes and a good part here and there thinking they have a $2000 bike.
I also hate when kids say sealed bearings when trying to make a sale of a part sound sweeter.

Like totally Kenneth.

plastic bar ends on their own could break off into your bars

but surely that's just a substitute cost? occaisionally, if ever, having to replace very cheap plastic ones (which comes with grips anyway so it's very likely you have spares) or putting up with sharp edges or having to be filing them down every so often

also i would like to see bars with smaller boxes from interbike

colony's flatland stuff looks good

I'd like to see more flatland friendly stuff. and hoping odyssey goes back to having cool stuff (elementary stem/director forks, ect) instead of turning into run of the mill street stuff.

didn't the elementary and directors have a habit of cracking? get over it!

mind you shame about the directors as i do think they looked quite funky

did think the bsd barends where quite interesting but i think jfax has put me off them

speaking of bsd, do they still do jersey barriers for the marmoset? or would the simian ones fit the marmoset?

anything oddy

anything t1

So I think I should buy my own go pro instead of borrowing other people's as I have been doing.

I realise they're on about version 4 at least or something but have no idea about the differences.

Aiming to buy second hand (anyone?) or cheap as poss so would like to know a bit more about them.

Will also need a bracket for a bike, screen (would be nice) and waterproof but aren't they all?

Be great full for any knowledge dropped!

(Budget of £150 to £200, but mainly £150)

Coloured tyres.
Massive tyres.
Tripod seats (except the etnies one).
Half link chains.
Chain slap.
Small pedals.
Pedals with concave.
Whatever part you find isn't compatible when fitting.

(Integrated seat clamps don't quite warrant any hate but do niggle).

Pfff, this summer in London has been mainly over cast with plenty of showers and some torrential days. I miss then sunshine and the girls dressing less, it's almost like it never happened.

Mind you, the winters seem to be much milder now which sort of softens the blow a bit. But not much.

Sure, but once she gets a bit older, the tips will stop coming in quite as readily, and she is still living at home with her parents.

Well said, but let's not forget that ravaged arsehole.

She sounds like a keeper.

(Also, 'poop hole loop' hole has has me smiling all day, does it work in court aswell as the pearly gates?)

My waterproof Sony phone isn't quite as waterproof as advertised,  learned that the hard way. Consider them 'splashproof',  it's no gopro.

In that case I'll stick with my iPhone 4.

Have ordered a giff gaff sim. 3 just sounds bad in London from the people I've spoken to.

Cheers for your helps!
