i can hear you're gusset cracking from here.

I'm wondering if you're misspelling things or that 'gusset cracking' is some kind of bmx slang for talking bullshit.

About 8 years ago I got another frame of mine sandblasted and primer-ed for a tenner. See if that place is still around. If not, sanding by hand is what I'll do. Cheers guys!

After too lang a period of neglect I finally took it upon myself to restore the bike to ride-able conditions. Living close to the sea in a humid climate and cycling my bike everywhere through snow and road salt you can guess what happens.

The frame was raw with a matte finish originally. The finish can be peeled off like one would with a hard boiled egg most of the places, especially those where rust has crept underneath. Especially the dropouts, the bridges, bb area and downtube gusset are heavily corroded.

My initial idea was to peel the paint and sand off the rust. Then primer (rust-stopping primer?), color of choice and transparent finish. I'm just a bit worried about specks of rust remaining underneath and me having to repeat the whole process in due while.

So, I guess my question would be: What would you do? In as far as you could possibly say judging by these pictures.

If it's significantly cheaper to order something small as a chain from overseas I think it's time for distro's to sort their shit out.

I just lost my swiss army style victorinox because I forgot to take it out my handluggage when flying. Stupid mistake of course, but still a bit bummed.

Mine didn't have that ring though...

To add not previously mentioned ones:
- Evernote (+ Skitch)
- Feedly
- Dropbox / Skydrive / Google Drive
- Calc 2M if you like a decent calculator
- Light, the most convenient torch application imo.

I got my Sony RX100 stolen in China, and the RX100-II just came out last week so I got that instead.

It's basically the same thing but has screen that can tilt, hotshoe for optional electronic viewfinder (Sony's one is way too expensive, waiting for some other brand to jump in), a slightly better sensor and it has wifi. That last thing seemed a bit obsolete at first but actually it's really cool to be able to use my ipod touch as a a wireless remote (with liveview!). The camera creates it's own network which you than can join with any mobile device so you can even use it out in the jungle. I will see how much I will actually use that...

Definitely boil the water first. Use plenty of water, pinch of salt. No lid. Stir extra at the beginning not to have any pieces stuck to the bottom / sides of the pan, then stir like every minute or so. Check package for cooking time. If it says 9 to 11 minutes. Start trying and taking bites from 7 minutes on. When it is just only slightly too al dente for your taste, turn off the fire and pour the remaining water out. By the time this has happened it should be almost perfect. Oh, and don't add oil to "prevent sticking", stupidest gimmick ever.

Always throw the pasta in the pan with the ragł (sauce). Stir for a bit on low fire. Now the pasta will reach perfect "dente-ness". Never throw the ragł on top of the pasta. Buon appetito!

He started with 8 batteries (= 72 V), then went on to 6 (= 54 V), 4 (= 36 V) and then 2 (= 18 V). He claims 2 batteries, thus 18 Volt, did the gold. One of the other three (72, 54 or 36 Volts) should do the blue. The left over two should account for the purple and the other not very distinct color (light blueish?).

Woa. That looks real nice. Are you gonna have to make a slit or will it fit over her hand like this?
