Swapped my 3x9 for a 2x9 with a bashguard,  slapped a new chain and sprockets on while I was at it, removed the BB and cleaned/greased it. It was kind of a bastard with the Deus cranks, had to go buy a new tool or two, but it's stuff I'll need eventually anyways I guess. I can't wait to have a proper work space. Sitting 6 inches from my bike on a drum throne while it leans against a wall blows.

Sucks but outside of norcal I didn't see many Solid branded frames, plenty of their frames with other company logos on them though.
Is FBM basically the only American frame maker left now?

First I'd like to address the fights and violence as they're the most serious and damning charges.

Yep, I did all that.

Also, is Charlie still living with him or did I read that wrong? That's got to be awkward.

Girlfriend bought a new bike yesterday so I put some extra air in the mtb tires and we rode the Salado Creek greenway this morning. Only did about 6 miles total but it was her first ride in a couple years. Stoked that she's got a bike now for fun rides and booze cruising.

Yeah, I agree with all this but the way my place is setup now, they could be coming directly into the bedroom or adjoining room without a barrier between. I don't really keep up so I wasn't sure if there was something new I hadn't heard of.

Thoughts on less than lethal ammos? Just moved to an area where thefts can be a problem and I don't think people should die for stealing. Anything for 12 gauge that would fuck someone up but isn't buckshot? I thought about buying a taser but seems too much risk of it not connecting well, etc.

Went and rode some trails/jumps for the first time on my mountain bike. I've never been any good in the air, even on my bmx, but I was doing ok for the first time. Some hucker was there and was having me follow him over some of the smaller jumps. Was going fast and hit a small double, thought I was going to case so I sucked the bike up, ended up manualing down the landing and being thrown off sideways. Landed smack on my tailbone and whipped my head backwards onto the hard packed trail, heard my helmet smack. So glad I had one on. My first real crash on the mtb. Two things I'm taking away, always wear a helmet and I still have no fucking bike control in the air at all.

If there's a service or anything for him you guys are welcome to come stay with me Ethan.

RIP Brian. I only met you a couple times but you were kind to me and we had some laughs. Wish we had hung out more often.

It appears Hamdog is on Dyno. I'll admit I didn't watch the whole thing but saw him say he's getting a Nitro from them.

Yeah I keep thinking it might be ok, as my dad will usually be at home on the weekends I'm working, but then last week I had 3x12hr shifts in a row and realised I'd be out the house for 14 hours at a time and I can't always rely on friends/family to go sort a dog out for me. Sucks as I could afford one and it'd be awesome to get a rescue dog.

I realize everyone can't do it but I work 3x12 each week and I have walkers come by and take him out to play. They charge me $12 a day so it's $36 a week. The amount of awesome my dog brings to my life is well worth that.

Sorry to hear that Tom.  That's the worst.

Here's my puppy, Grizz.  He rules.  Donald snapped the action shots.

My new homie Grizz.  He's a black lab/Australian cattle dog mix but neither parent were purebred.  Right around 8 weeks old in these, maybe 9 weeks old now.  He's been the best puppy I've ever dealt with.  Still have to wait a little bit to take him to all the fun dog places around town but we've been doing lots of exploring in the parks and in the woods.  He's going to be such a panty dropper.
