Aye mortgages are a shiter in that way. I put an extra 100 a month on top of mine, worked out decent as after 5 years of owning when me and the ex-Mrs sold it I had an extra 6k put into it.

Approx bronze age. Bg dad chat: came to renew my mortgage yesterday, turns out I'd paid 41,000 over the first 5 yr period, 37k of that was interest. 'Oh bother' I said.

i'm not 100% on retail residential mortgages in the UK, but after your initial two years fixed terms, you have no more penalty to shop around. This means a basic move called re-financing is possible - basically you find a bank that offers lower interest rate, you shift your mortgage over to them, the new bank pays off the amount you owe the original bank immediately in a lump sum, then you owe the same amount OF PRINCIIPAL to the new bank. and since they use a lower interest rate, you end up paying less as interests.

you can therefore decide to pay the same amount each month and pay off the house sooner, or stay with the same payment period and pay less each month.

you can basically just go into each bank and ask to talk a a mortgage advisor, and tell them you're ready to refiance your house, and you'll be shopping around all the banks for the best rates, then ask them what they can offer. shop around and let the banks offer you rates.

Yep this is true. I ended up saving quite a bit on my monthly repayment with my first house when I did this as I rushed with the original mortgage due to pressure from the seller / estate agent.

Dalby is ok, a bit tame but like Tom says, but it's a fun day out. The park is a laugh half way round. The last third or so of the red route is a bit boring. None of it's mega technical but there's some nice wooden things if you're into that kind of thing.

If you're coming up this way I'd probably go to Gisburn instead.

Nah, track slack innit. Less friction and stops parts wearing out as quick.

I remember when he was posting here, some other guy local to his area shut him down saying about how him and his mates had gone around knocking on doors saying they were collecting for charity but keeping all the cash.

edit: I actually read the article, jesus christ. I'm not surprised someone has done the direct sales thing as it is huge in the MTB / Road market (Canyon / Rose / YT etc) but my god he's arrogant about it. Maybe 12 year olds have a different view than me.

I had a go on one of those 27.5+ / 650+ things, really enjoyed it, may have to treat myself in summer if I get organised enough.

I don't think Steven did it, not sure who did. I agree that the victims brother seems sketchy. His initial statements in the news when she first went missing seemed off/oddly worded...

Better question is- is that slim ball defense attorney Len Kachinsky related to Brian Kachinsky. I
May be wrong, but they seem to have a resemblance along with sane last name and both in/from Wissconsin.

From what I've been told, Len Kachinsky is Brian Kachinsky Dad, fucking crazy!
The show really just made me realize how much more i hate the pigs!

Just did some investigative work.

Len and Brian are friends on Facebook, you could be right.

edit: Looks like it's definitely the case, bizarre - https://www.instagram.com/p/985DeTNUwh/

Yeah that is completely misleading. Fault lies with the seller here. Picture, weight, description and original price are all wrong.
