News / Zombie Bitch Killin' Bike Riders Episode 5!
« on: September 10, 2005, 11:07:54 PM »
The long awaited return of Rod And Rex is here!

On top of that, I found the Halloween Special from 2003 as well, which is perfect timing. Only a few probably remember it.

All episodes are here.

DO NOT BUMP.
Unless it has been at least 5 days. If a mod sees it, they will DELETE your thread. When you do, mention "5 day bump", if not you risk deletion.

Don't link to or sell things in your signature.
It looks like crap.

Don't put up threads that say "possible _________ for sale"

If your not actually selling it, why are you posting? Kinda pointless. More often than not, it means your fishing for someone to pay too much.

If you are selling more than one thing, DO NOT MAKE MORE THAN ONE THREAD!!!
It sucks when people post 5 threads, within minutes of each other.

You now can delete your own threads IN THIS FORUM ONLY. Do so when your stuff is gone.

After 30 days, your thread may be deleted. Sorry, but if it has not sold by then, no one probably wants your JUNK.

No stolen parts! Duh.

Last and most importantly...
Bikeguide is NOT responsible for anything that happens to your deal. You are on your own. You may as well deal with a  crack dealer on the street, because I cannot and will not do anything to help you. Reason being, I want no part, or to be held responsible when the shit hits the fan. We suggest you use Heatware, see the other thread for information. At the VERY least consult the good/bad seller list.

Paraphrased from above and other threads, since you did not read them.

I wont go into detail, but IP ban is not always possible. The idea is to have as many possible ways to ban as you can, and implement those that fit the situation best.

As for free ones. I have several reasons..
1. people forget them, then they are terminated. Sending email back and forth saying it is diconnected

2. people make multiple accounts

3. free email companies not only come and go, but provide shitty service. Hotmail in particular. How many times has it been down recently? When they are down all email comes back. Which triggers a program on Bg to change the account to awaiting email confirmation.

Gmail
Some people have no issues with it, in the end, it is now just a free email service, and has already been abused, BADLY.

Forcing people to use an email that can be traced to them makes them more responsible. People feel the net is anonymous, and it is far from it. It has built in caller ID. By making people know they can be held accountable, it keeps A LOT of the riff raff off of BG.  Trust me, it has cut down  a ton. Most people who want to mess witha  website almost always use a free email provider. Making them use a legit, traceable IP makes it easier to get them into troubl should they actually do something wrong as well.

Most importantly, it is not hard to get one from your internet provider.

If you cannot handle or deal withthat, sorry, go someplace else. Doing this has cut down on over half of the crap that was happening here.

Or just use The Bg page. Which will not effect Mirc.

I think we need a certain day or 2 and a specific time. I rarely see anyone in there, not that I go in often.

Hey Sheep. Just paste this in and then upload all the photos into a folder on the server. Then just point it at the right folder. The script will count the photos in the folder and then will just randomly show one of them when the page is loaded.

Very cool thanks!

Its up.

So are all the pics I have on hand.*

*as soon as they finish uploading (they are uploadinga s I write this).

Sheep how about fixing the urls so they don't force the links to open in new pages. For example the forums link is

Code: [Select]
<a href=&quot;http://bikeguide.org/forums/&quot;>forums</a>

instead use

Code: [Select]
forums

I doesn't open in a new window, and your coding is wrong.
A target reference dictates if it opens in a new window, NOT using the full url.

Code: [Select]
Target=_blank(or similar code) will open a  new window.

All you did was shorten the URL. Not sure why yours is opening in a new window, but it shouldn't.

The shortcuts on the links page was causing some issues but I fixed that yesterday.
