Adopted this little dude last weekend from a animal rescue in the Adirondacks.  We think black lab/border collie or maybe lab/pit, but who knows for sure.

First day we brought him home and took him in the backyard he jumped in the river, stoked.

Bath time, night we got him.

Pippa, she's a German Shepherd from the shelter.  She's around 3 or 4 we think.  Pretty dog aggressive, and scared shitless of all long things (like brooms, we reckon someone abused her pretty good).  She was abandoned at an apartment, weighed 40 lbs when they found her.  She weighs 70 lbs now.

Leela, a Calico from a feral litter someone brought to the vet.  She has gotten huge (she is 15 wks now, well over 5 lbs).  Definitely lives up to her name, as she has horrible depth perception.  She will try to jump from chair to chair or whatever and completely miss.

Fry, a little tiger we got for free on craigslist at about 5 weeks.  He was covered with fleas, super skinny, and anemic.  Fixed him up on a ton of milk and food and now he is getting huge too (he is about 8 wks old now).  He also lives up to his name, as he may be mildly retarded.

And I threw my coat on the bed and he started to crawl in the pockets, so of course the GF made me put it on and get a picture.

Soon to come, a puppy from a shelter, but not until the cats get a bit bigger.

Federal part is so awesome.  And Hamiltons part in "Can I eat" was definitely my favorite in the whole video.

Gerber Gator - This is my hunting knife; I have had it since I was 10.  It has held up awesome, but eventually I think I will break down and get a super nice hunting folder, one that will last forever (Gerbers handle is starting to tear in places, has a bit of wobble now, etc).

Cheap Gerber - Daily carry, cost around $10, but is worth its weight in gold.  Anyone that doesn't carry a knife would be amazed at how often one would come in handy, whether you have a hangnail, need to open a box, need to dig a metal chip out of your boot, etc.  I use it a ton.

No, I'm sorry, but you are wrong.

They all do the same thing, a lot of damage. That was the point he's getting at. Jesus.

They will all do lethal damage to a human, end of. No matter whether it's a sports gun, or a casual gun or whatever the fuck you want to call it.

You're still wrong, but good try.  Maybe you should leave this thread before you embarrass yourself any further.

And FYI, you can do "lethal damage" to a human with pretty much anything depending on the circumstances, so I am really not sure what point you are trying to make.

No thanks. A shotgun is a shotgun.

No.  I'm, sorry, but you are wrong.

There are many different kinds of shotguns.  I personally have a long barrel waterfowl gun that I have only used to shoot trap/skeet, and I can't imagine using it for self defense (not least is the fact it is locked up).  Huge difference between sport guns, small game guns, bird guns, self  defense guns, etc.  You literally do need to read up on this before posting opinions.

And honestly, people with a shotgun are pussies if the gun is used as self defense?  Since when does being prepared make you a pussy?

Rainier.  Can't find any other pictures.  Half lab, half collie.  Best dog ever.  This was taken when we were throwing sticks in the river for him to retrieve.  I wish I had been old enough to hunt when we got him because I would have definitely taught him to pick up ducks.

Just brought my 30/30 and 12 gauge out of storage.  I am going to give them a thorough clean then post up some pics.  I am pretty excited, small game season starts in two weeks and then hopefully later in the year I'll bag a deer.
