I've been carrying a CRKT Crawford Kasper daily since last September and it's been awesome. The law here in Washington has recently been changed so assisted opening knives will be legal by June. After it goes into effect i'm thinking about picking up a Gerber 06 or a SOG Trident.

Love my gerber 06 usually carrying my kershaw skyline but i throw the 06 in the mix here and there.

Ive got 2 590's, one with ghost rings and one with the bead sight im selling the bead sighted one ghost rings are so much better.

Difference of opinion here, but I'd never concealed carry my XD. The single action trigger isn't that long and the gun is fully cocked at all times. One snag on the trigger during a draw or reholster = accidental discharge. I'd open carry it all day in a duty holster and I trust the gun 100%.

Hence me CC'ing a DAO gun with a very long trigger. Very hard to get an AD when there is a 3/4" trigger pull.

Its got a grip safety wich i really like, wich seems a little safer.

I feel as though if I ever had to draw my gun I could pull the slide back pretty easily but it just depends on the situation i guess. im afraid of shooting myself in the side too

Thats why i'd carry my xd or a smaller sized 1911, harder to conceal but have that added security when carrying with one in the pipe glocks are alright with the right holster though.
