How have i missed all this?!

Default reaction is disgust on the basis of 29in mtbs, which oozed from satans arsehole, but they actually look kind of right. I'd definitely like to try one.

I bought an Orange Msisle frame last week, basically immaculate, £55 off ebay. Its the 3rd i've had since '98, plan is to paint it up all pimpin', chopped off all the old canti mounts and most of the cable mounts first, they used to be on the top tube, theres nothing like sliding down the tt on your nuts, only to have them snag on jagged metal.

The Bike Shop / 3D printed titanium parts

Did you make that yourself G? Certainly looks like theres a bunch of custom parts in there if not.

We've got a bfb one in our office, similar but the table just moves up and down and the heads move about in the 2 other planes like a router, i think it helps with building taller parts, stops them falling over. Amazing machine, considering it cost about 800 quid or something + 2 days of assembly by 'a competent engineer'*, ours has run probably 12hrs a day since we got it in feb.

*took me 2 weeks before it was running, fuckers.

How do I cut them to length?

A dremel with a thin cutting disk will cut through threads without damaging them or leaving any ragged edges, like sawing or snipping them would. You may need to tap the threads longer too.... in which case its probably worth just buying the correct length spokes in the first place. One spoke at a time should work too.

Moved my bmx, put some fancy new forks on my mtb, sweated over steerer lengths for a bit, all good in the end.

Shouldnt the bits above the handle point upwards, so you can look through them as you do your 'thunder... thunder.... thundercatsss-HOOOOO!'

Its basically worthless without the ability to do that, recycle it into the sword of greyskull.
