Chad Osburn? That guy is fucking nuts. I wouldn't mind riding like that at all. I definitely fuck with anything he's got video of.

That's the lad, he's got some bottle.

As for Ruben etc, I guess it is more for nostalgia but you still see flashes of brilliance.

Forgot to mention BK, love the Jekyll and Hyde thing he has going on. He's still pushing things a lot.

I watch most stuff if any of the following feature - the Cult crew even if the branding is shit, Chris Doyle, that other crazy guy from Kink who shreds bowls, Dan Lacey, Josh Bedford, RUBEN, Stefan Lantschner, Sergio, Matt Roe, Garrett Byrnes, Joe Rich, Hamilton, Garrett Reeves, Edwin, Tom Dugan, BF, Andrew Jackson (criminally underrated and underexposed), Brad Simms, Matt Priest, Lima and Geoff Slattery.

Also if it has been filmed by Richard Forne or has a screen grab of something doing a fat table I am more likely to watch it.

I have impeccable if slightly out of date taste.

Hoping for a Labour/SNP coalition as Labour aren't going to get a majority.

Same.

As for Thatcher, large swathes of the country do hate her but it was a while ago.

The three main parties have largely been operating under an economic neo-liberal consensus since the '80s. When Blair became Labour leader he dropped Clause IV, the part of the Labour constitution which basically referred to its aim to redistribute of wealth. A lot of genuine lefties (who almost universally despise Thatcher) find it very difficult to identify with the current Labour party, mainly because of its move to the centre.

Conservatives = everyone hates them because they want to dismantle the welfare state and sell it off to their city boy chums.

Labour = everyone hates them because they went to war with Iraq and have a leader who can't eat a bacon sandwich properly.

Liberal Democrats = everyone hates them because their leader (Nick Clegg) said they wouldn't raise university tuition fees and then a few months later did when they became coalition partners with the Conservatives.

UKIP = everyone hates them because the party is made up of all the nation's racist uncles.

SNP = everyone hates them because they appear to have some reasonable policies but actually just want Scottish independence.

Green Party = everyone hates them because they are idealistic, fucked up the bin collection in Brighton (where they have an MP) and are opposed to nuclear power.

Plaid Cymru = everyone hates them because they're Welsh.

Tom Justice is pretty good, maybe he's inherited Joe Rich's magic dreadlocks.

Thought the lineup was a bit boring this year so didn't watch, not many style cats.

Sad times.

As for Bas, he's utterly mental. He seems to be (relatively) chilled in most of his video parts these days, but every year or so he pops up with something completely insane like this, or that huge dirt quarter, or that huge reservoir air...

Someone spilt a drink on my laptop, thought it had died, fired up again after a couple of days. The keyboard and probably some other bits are fucked but one cheap USB keyboard later and we're back in business!

I'm still completely obsessed with QOTSA since Reading last year. Such a good band. I always liked em but was never a massive fan til I saw em live.

Yeah, I run through a Queens album at least once a week. So tight.

On my third listen of Kendrick's new offering, getting into it.

Approximately 2 minutes of kickouts and tire slides.

M&S kickouts and tire slides!

They should chill out with the slo-mo though.
