I might end up with an LS (baby 4.8) by this weekend actually.

Switchero a few things and I should be in the 350 range which considering the rear end will be pretty light should be quite a bit of fun and not kill my wife when she drives it.

Good weekend this one.

Everything is just sort of sitting there. Working on squaring and mounting the box next trip to the shop

Trail pimp, you gonna have that frame blasted? That should be cool. What drivetrain are you planning for it?

Yeah. I will have my cab on that chassis mid June then I need to do shockmounts, transmission cross member, fuel cell mount, compressor mount and tank mount and bed ounts. Then I'll be pulling everything off and sending it out to get blasted and epoxy coated then build it back up again.

I'm looking at dressing down an LS motor for it.

My Marmoset hub is pretty old... 09 at the newest.

My profile cranks are probably about 8 years old. I have v1 Concorde forks...

My entire bike is pretty old actually broken parts miraculously get replaced with parts that are NOS or other old stuff.

The thread I got it from:

It's back to single turbo now (dunno if the other thread said that).

Sort of, but not quite. It's some Buick, but when he got it painted and some body work he made it look as close to a Grand National as he could.

Ah, well he did well.

I notice a few things now though (vents)

My best friend was borrowing my car for the day today... his car has a serious coolant leak, so I had no problem letting him borrow the e28. He's the best driver I know, and drives cars much lower than I do on a daily basis, so if there was anyone who I'd let drive my car, it's him.

On his way to come pick me up today, an 18-wheeler pulled out in front of him on one of our main roads. The car went under the truck, so I hope that's some explanation on the damage.

My friend is fine, he just has some broken glass in his clothes and stuff... the car took all of the damage.

It doesn't look like much, and the front is definitely repairable, but the a-pillar damage will total the car without a doubt.
