How much other exercise do you do, particularly strength work? I find that running/other cycling  helps absolutely fuck all with riding the bmx, but stuff like press-ups, chin-ups etc. is really good to strengthen you up. I'd highly recommend 'you are your own gym' by Mark Lauren as a cheap book to buy and try some stuff out (just ignore the opening chapters of motivational guff).

The potential for added revenue by adding internet to your cars is MASSIVE!

I've been saying for years that someone needs to build an app that uses GPS and Satelite Radio to create targeted adds for people riding in vehicles.  Can you imagine getting done listening to the latest Brittney Spears song on Sirius and then hearing "looks like you're running low on fuel, stop in to Quick Trip and fill your tank and get one dollar off all specialty coffee drinks.  We're just 2 miles ahead on the right off exit 15.  Stop in today."

Next time I need to verify 3,500,000 posts in 24 hours I'll be sure to call you and then you can do it. I have a lawyer on retainer, he'd be happy to draw up the contract for this, penalties and all.

A few passwords were corrupted, but many simply didn't know their passwords or were disabled because they were too f'ing easy to guess. As for the host and software change, just let me know where to send the bill and I'll switch it right back to how it was. That will be $1600 for software every 3 years, and $105 every month for hosting. No seriously, let me know and I'll send you the bill.  No? Then shut the hell up.

If only I could green box that. sadly I can't :-D
