Anyone know of a good place to get cases for multi-tools? I got a Leatherman Juice XE6, and the specified case for it only has a clip for attaching to your belt. I am looking to get one with a closed loop so it will not fall off my belt, also I would like it to run parallel to my belt.

there a mil shop in new west that sells non corrosive for pretty cheap.

I want to trade my SKS in for a 10/22 for grouse hunting this fall eventually. Never shoot the thing anymore, but I will be checking out the store some time soon, thanks. Is Westley Surplus the place your talking about?

SKS are awesome.  Try to get a Russian or Yugo (without grenade launcher gas system thing)

-strippper clips are fast
-it will be more accurate than you, unless you were secretly on top shot
-easy to clean/maintain.

I don't like shooting corrosive ammo on guns with gas tubes/pistons but corrosive and non corrosive can be found real cheap.

Up here you can get 1120 round crates of 7.62x39mm for $200 of the corrosive czech mill surp. I haven't come across any cheap non-corrosive ammo for it yet, and hunting rounds are about $22/20 rounds. Sks's just plain look cool, just a big knife with a gun attached to it.

Would it be legal for you to modify it to take the 30 and 20 round AK mags?

A semi-auto center fire rifle in Canada has to be pinned to only take 5 rounds, so it would be possible but only have a 5rd capacity. Semi-auto rim fire rifles can have unlimited rounds though.

Nice SKS! is it Tula made?

No magazine?

It's my brothers, pretty sure its a Tula, 1942 I believe.

Pin fell out of the box mag, so he took it off and we just using it as a single shot tell he fixes it.

I hope to pick up one and a crate of milsurp ammo sometime soon, cool gun and so cheap to shoot.

My brother is the one with all the guns, but I am thinking of getting my PAL and buying a .22 or something.

He has a Russian SKS, pretty fun gun to shoot. Has a crate of military surplus ammo which is dirt cheap to shoot.

His newest gun is a Lee Enfeild No 4 Mk1, his probably never saw action, but is a similar gun our great grandfather would have used in the canadian millitary during WWII.
