The S&M tires are 29 ounces. The Faction tires are around 19 ounces. math plus math equals numbers.

I'd call it a Miami Hopper if the peg touches. In the 80's pegs started out really small and didn't really get in the way of that trick. Then pegs got much longer and flatland tricks like that one got a lot harder/dumber.

Those are two different tricks.

The first one is a Bar Endo. the second one is a Miami Hopper.

You get into a Miami Hopper by going to far forward in a Bar Endo. Bar End is all balance. The Miami Hopper, your bars are sitting on the floor.

The Miami Hopper is named after a guy whos last name was Hopper and he lived in Miami. You don't hop in that trick.

there ARE hopping bar endos though. you do front wheel hops, while in a bar endo.

Pretty sure you can fit 20 inch tubes in though. Think of the weight savings!
