so I always figured the more you excersize your muscles the stronger and more durable they become, but these days I seem to be able to manual less and less as time passes. I really love Manuel lines and if I spend all day doing them I end up tearing my forearm muscle tissue either slightly or severely and can't ride for days. whats up with that? amn i getting old? I always said "I ain't giving up bmx till the day I can't Manuel anymore"
-
Figure out your opposite muscle usage of manuals and do them, stretch yo shit out before doing a mile long manual too.
-
any idea which of those muscles it would be? should I do some curl reps or sunthing?
-
Manuals would keep your "pull" muscles in tension, i.e. biceps, back, hamstrings. Train your "push" muscles to balance it out, i.e. chest, triceps, etc.
-
you mean the glamour muscles? I have arthritis in mi elbow and can't really fux with them.
I used to have a real sexy chest :(
-
You can still do flys with mildly arthritic elbows I guess, at least, easier on the elbow than bench/ dumbell presses etc etc. I would suggest strengthening your core as a whole, and that includes your lower back.

hit the roids bro
stretching helps too, and look into getting some sports support things for times when youve hurt yourself recently and are starting to ease back into riding. doesnt work for everyone but deffos works good for my knees, wrists and ankles when i fuck them up
-
I was drunk talking to my EMT cousin about roids the other day. can I get some In Mexico??
they'd be great for travelling when I only have a couple days to see a city and am worn out by the 2nd or 3rd day
-
hmmm gee blue can you get roids in mexico? i dunno man, not really into the mexican roids scene myself. id imagine you can get most anything in mexico for a price

Taking roids to improve your manual spec, this is BMX 2016.
