Title: What did you get for Xmas?
Post by: montymitch on December 25, 2015, 07:49:39 PM
For the first time in many years, I didn't get a single BMX related item. I'm getting the winter itch to freshen up my ride--should I drop some money on a Stranger Quan and some of their stupidly wide rims?

I got a few small parts to dial in my race bike for next season.
Profile Imperial 44t
Promax lever
Profile Slim Jim clamp
KMC 610 race chain
Tioga Powerblock 2.10
and I bough an S&M Enduro stem for myself

I got some button up shirts to shy away from the shitty 30 year old bmx dude look. Funny how I think that constitutes a migration.

I got money for a freecoaster. I've had my eyes set on Odyssey clutch, but it's sexton's signature hub and I'm not sure I should be supporting them. I know I'm an idiot.
You guys got any suggestions on what rim to get? I was gonna get the gsport birdcage but they've only got the ribcage in stock. Wouldn't mind getting something cheaper either.
