Title: 21.4+ frame with chain tensioners?

Is there any frame in a size of 21.4" or more with integrated chain tensioners besides the Stranger Ballast?

Fit Savage comes in 21.5" and has integrated chain tensioners.

I don't think Fly makes frames any bigger than 21"
