i created a thread and it hasnt shown up yet. anyone know why?

you need more than 20 posts to create a thread.

each post from new members is scanned several times before it get posted, and if the scan finds spam, the noob-count starts over and the "user" have to get to 20 posts again to make a thread..


Does that even make any sense?
