Is it possible to get one if I asked a mod or Admin? Or is the username fixed as it says in the FAQ?

if a mod/admin/whatever likes you they will probably do it for you.

Try Erik, Paulie, Merry(?), Sheep can do it for sure though.

Forum specific mods can't change names you group of schmucks.  All they can do is edit posts and close threads.  Basically, they get the fun part of the job minus the headache of dealing with the rest of you.  I miss my days as the photo gallery mod.
