been "on" in the lounge? I just noticed it but i have never seen anything html in there. Its not on in the photo gallery though

I'm pretty sure that being on just means when somebody posts in HTML format, it shows up as what they want it to, not just letters. For example, when you put http://www.bikeguide.org (http://www.bikeguide.org), it shows up as a link, rather than "[ URL=http://www.bikeguide .org]http://www.bikeguide .org[/URL ]"

That is a different setting, that has its own.
