Bought this in October of 2015 from Dans. Chrome is flawless except for 1 spot on the dropouts. I planned to build it so i never returned it for them to swap frames and give me a new one. I'd imagine S&M would warranty it if you really couldn't live with the chipped dropout. I'd really love to build it but i've been riding 24" cruisers for almost 18 years so just deciding to sell this project.
