Figured out that if you do a table then take your hand off it's loads easier than trying to do a table after you've taken the hand off. Loads more scary though.

One of the methods of doing it didn't work for me, I think you might have to download the image and actually upload it here, rather than linking from a site. Or the other way round, can't really remember. Or maybe it only works sometimes.
