Hiya Sheepdog,
Could you please make a video tutorial on 'BMX Brakes' and putting it on Utube or anywhere where we can follow. I sort of need it for my Dia Compe 990's front and back AND gyro XL setup.
please help an oldman.
Thanks.

Maybe.
I hate making tutorials.

Certain tricks can be done to stop it from my end, but they increase server load like crazy. The other sites may be doing that or using a different forum program.

Check how your browser  handles internet cache and checks for newer version of pages. It is probably set to automatic.

I hate I.E., especially 7. I swear it was designed by Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles.

Sorry for bringing old thread up, but i searched and what should i use on my pawls and springs on my driver? would vasoline work?

A tiny bit of Phil's is what I use. However in many cassettes they use oil. Some you almost have to use oil. I prefer the grease because it makes them pretty quiet.

Mmmm Holmes, that was a great frame (had an 89, and a 2000).

Wish I could get there for this.
Buddy of mine still has a 91' Holmes, Pitchforks, Slams, DK stem, Profiles, Campy hubs... Tried to buy it a while back, no deal.

Oh and while they were race frames, they were really the first trails frames, and some of the first street frames. They held up better than the other  crap sold at the time.

This may sound retarded but how do you put grease into your  Bearings? just get a small blob then work it in around the sealed area or what?
This area

Just checking to make sure ive been doing it right for the last few years :X

Unless they are rough or stiff, then just put it around the inside where it contacts.

To get it actually inside where the balls are, use a small flathead and pry up the seal from the inner area.

Try a different format, or optimizing it.

like 999kb or somthing

That is why, that is almost a meg. No reason for a picture to be that much.

A full page Jpg can usually be around 128k.
Not only does that take a lot of space, but also uses a lot of bandwidth.

On passwords guys, I need at least a number, a computer can crack it without it in no time. Preferably upper and lower case plus a number.

One of the first things hackers do is try the most common passwords, followed by every word in the dictionary.

Maybe something a bit more discreet like this? I dunno, I haven't done any web design for ages.

That works.

If you end up cancelling this, will I be reimbersed?

It will not be canceled.

At most, I will leave it running until your account expires and not allow you to re-enable it. If for some odd reason I do though, I will reimburse you for what time you have left.

I spent a lot of effort setting this up, I have no plans to take it down.
