Cable cutters? They're like 8 quid on eBay

Draper copper/aluminium cable shears, £17 and amazing, does work on steel but can damage the blades but housing and cable seems to be fine with mine.

Electricians cable shears, had them in my workbag, they go through cables and housing like butter, keep in mind that it damages the shears as they are designed for copper but mine have lasted a fair few years and still going.

Springfield brake is pretty much spot on, install and forget kind of part. Also brake clearance is really really good, least 1/2 inch running 25/9 gearing.
