erm.. I'm really not very interesting, i just ride my bikes as often as i can and not much else. still haven't started on that project. gotta get some epoxy and make some molds. probs gonna have a go at vacuum bagging too

read something the other day about f1 teams and aircraft manufacturers using 3d printing for components. not on a large scale, but still very cool. int he next few years i bet well start seeing a lot of 3d printed big bike stuff

tinkered with my road bike. dropped the stem, chopped the steered, chopped the seat post, trimmed the cables, fiddled with the danglers. shits dialed. needs new wheels and a less shitty crank though

anyone worked with carbon before?
just impulse purchased a bunch of carbon fibre cloth and tubing. gonna have a crack at building some small accessories for some of my bikes, and the big project which will be a pair of lightweight racks for my road bike so i can do some light touring this summer. haven't messed about with much anything in a while so I'm itching to get dirty.
