went back to small bars (as in back to chopped down perfect 10s haha) and took my brake off and had a great ride. felt a bit more hunched over but got no foot xups back straight away, and also did a couple of hop bars as well. hope i can last a while before i hurt my back again

sometimes my knee feels shocking and sometimes its ok. i rode today and it was fine. last time i was out working (which involves lots of walking for like 10 days at a time) it felt shit. cant wait for bionics to kick off so i can get robot knees and shins and crankflip off houses to flat

my fave shoe i would say is the vans tnt 1, but im a fan of higher cut ankle protecting shoes these days
